We came to visit kol dam. At Dam gate CRPF personal instructed us to go to NTPC HR office for passes and told us you can easily get passes there. On reaching HR office of NTPC, The person who allot passes was not available for almost two hours everyone said he is on lunch then we came to know he is not coming. Rest of staff was telling you need someone known in NTPC for passes otherwise you will not get. It was a very frustrating experience when you drive car on such dangerous road just to get passes and came to know such things.
