The hotel ambience was good and located in a prime locationnnHotel amenities and facilities were good to expectations, but the staff behaviour can be tolerated, such a bad behaviour faced in the middle of the night. Didn't picked up the phone after the booking, once after reaching the property they were not willing to give as the room that we bookednnProvided 2 bottled drinking water each for two rooms on arrival, we thought as it's complimentary as most of the hoteliers do to the guests.nnIn the morning they billed for 5 water bottles which is more than the MRP, asked 30 rs per bottle instead of 20 MRP, finally after arguments paid 25Rs each for 5 bottle instead of 4 bottles we consumed, charged extra money for coffee which was included in the breakfast. Charged for little curd provided with the aloo paratha, What think is customer have to consume the roti without any side dish ??nnHorrible experiences during our 35 days trip happened here and it spoiled our day
