On time & wonderful travel experience!nnI have never seen such a humble and polite taxi service provider, who himself drove from Shimla to chandigarh and back to shimla just to fulfil his commitment! This happened because the cab driver who was supposed to come to pick us up at the chandigarh airport had some emergency and couldn’t turn up. But instead of last minute cancellation, Bhatia ji, who is the owner of the bhatia car rental, himself drove for almost 9 hrs non stop from Shimla-Chandigarh-Shimla and dropped us at our destination on time! Also, he was very polite, humble and even helped guide about Shimla and its tourism places to visit. The car was very clean and bhatia ji himself wore a mask in the entire journey!
