Staff are very friendly and good but owner hahahaha joker I'm asking just two hours as a regular visitor coz I'm visit Mumbai to shimla within 2 moth I'm very disappointed coz its not about money but owner behave like a child anyway attitude and rules f... Mr akshay when you take money from guest than provide Simple tawel and soup in roomnYou need a hotel management course go and learn how to talk guest and what is hotel managementnYou have occupancy coz off hotel staff otherwise hahahaha

Very bad

There are so many things that they need to improve.Towels were not inside the room, blankets were very stinky. Staff was good,but overall hotel is good for staying.
