Why peoples putting star rating ?nI feel deducted two stars from this star review?n1) Here kerala especially kollam chick shop also air conditioning well. But here this shop feel like chick boiler shop not like a branded hp shop. Please provide good ventilation for employees and customer.nn2)interior arrangements not good.nnExpect This two review.. balance three stars i dedicated customer service employees and technician support especially i feel good and excellent.nnAgain remained: please try to keep shop ventilation and showroom arrangement neatly.nnThanks and regards,nAjithkumar

visited the store recently.. on purchasing of a new laptop the added extra 1000₹ for the laptop bag ,price of the laptop is as given in the hp store india website...in the product description in online store bag is included while i need to spend an extra at hp world authorised by hp... i think the all brand dealers near by sell below this price .. so become cautious before every purchase ... also need to bring money as cash otherwise you need to spend 1.75% extra money for card payment...so cash payment is preferable ...in an easy access Location.. no other complaints..brand store executive must be more friendly to customer..
