If I could give no star I would, this is the worst ever service I have faced and especially it concerns my mother's cremation it makes everything worse. I have paid for the services in advance and waiting for the cremation to happen for two weeks after which I am informed that I need to apply for Nulla Osta which took me and my family 3 weeks to get, it is absurd how they didn't inform us about this immediately. At this moment after giving all the documents and month has passed, we still have no news when my mother will be cremated. The level of incompetence is skyrocketing and the lack of empathy from staff. I cannot stress enough how terrible the experience is and the bad attitude of the staff, after multiple calls - one being even closed in my face, multiple messages and we still have no information, I am taking the matter into my own hands to follow up with the cemetery while I am in Saudi Arabia.

I went to them for a funeral. They were quick, efficient, cheap and respectful. In one word: flawless. Thanks to mr. Luciano and Mr. Floriano as well as Fabrizio and the other staff guys.

We waited an hour before continuing, in a situation of pain I would never recommend it, for their lack of professionalism, for the level of those who work there, I do not recommend it to everyone .. even if their publicity is good, the credit is of some marketing company, going on to look online I explained everything, take a look at those who manage it.

A few days ago my father passed away, I was lucky enough to meet these fantastic people to whom I have to congratulate, not only for having thought of everything but also for the availability and speed in making everything as peaceful as possible . I sincerely thank you
