Hallucinating experience. We agree funeral with market prices. After transporting us family members to the coffin of my father just put in the wagon and while I'm still greeting the participants outside the church, an agency manager approaches and tells me to get into one of their cars with some documents in hand. A bit 'annoyed but thinking of just having to sign a few formalities for the transport of the body, following the request and once entered the car I was asked to ask the check agreed to balance the whole funeral: absolutely indelicate moment, plus when still not all the work is finished. It is true that the balance was expected in the day, but I did not expect this mode. Absolutely annoyed I get out of the car and slam the door. To make matters worse, the manager approaches justifying himself with ridiculous arguments, altering even more my state of mind already tried by the funeral. I am therefore forced to raise my voice with obvious scandal of those present. The service of affixing posters has been assessed by us completely insufficient (2 only number posters in our area). During the next negotiation I try to understand the gravity of the situation with written complaints pointing to the fact that their work was not done properly. I understand that I intend to reduce 1/3 of the agreed amount; the agency even if it conducts the negotiation in a completely unprofessional way, recognizes however part of the responsibilities proposing instead 1/6. The next day, after exhausting and various phone and other annoyances, I propose to meet the difference half by one. That's how it was. Last but not least they were not able to issue correct invoices as required, reissue being necessary several times. They will also be on the market since 1949 - as their site says - but we have had the distinct feeling of having to do with real improvised and totally unprofessional behavior. Too bad I have to force a star: it is not deserved either.
