Hotel Palladium

It was my first time in Rome, so I did not know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and obliging. The breakfast was normal sized and pretty standard. Our room was really nice - especially the balcony was cool. The location of the hotel is very good, although we were told to keep away from the main train station because of criminals. We had no problem during our stay in Rome. Summing it up it was a good hotel for the price.

Perfect location just walking distance to Termini, very clean and pleasant. Service excellent. Rooms are small but comfortable.

This hotel has a 4 star rating, maybe because they have a bar? Our room was sufficient but definitely not what I would rate 4 stars. The bathroom was renovated so it was clean. The bed was rock hard. They boast A/C, but because they deemed it cool outside, they had turned off the A/C... the towel warmer heated up the entire room. We had to sleep with the window open.. and in Rome, it's a city that doesn't sleep. And I'm a light sleeper so I heard everything that happened outside. They also have some funky lights that change color in the bedroom and bathroom.. seemed like something you'd find in a cheap motel. We took our bags to our room, no offer of help from the front desk. Again, very unusual for a 4 star hotel. I paid for breakfast but our train was early and their breakfast didn't start until after we left. They did make up a breakfast box for us to take. I would not stay here again.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! The staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is excellent and close to transportation. The Breakfast buffet offered many choices, and it was nice being able to enjoy a nite cap in the bar area prior to turning in. A nice overall experience!!

Had a one night stay here and it was good breakfast was fine, hotel a bit tired but they are refurbishing. We chose it as it was close to the central railway station.
