I am really very satisfied with my choice, finally going to the gym has turned into a pleasure. I appreciate the personalized programs, the possibility of doing short but very effective workouts (since I have little time available due to work) and a highly qualified, kind and smiling staff. I had an unfortunate association with the "Royal Barberini". For the bad experience (read my review), I would like to dedicate these lines to management: “I'm the man who goes to a restaurant, sits at the table and waits patiently, while the waiter does everything, except writing down my request. I am the man who walks into a shop and waits quietly while the shop assistants conclude their private conversations. I'm the man who comes in from a gas station and never uses the horn, but waits patiently for the employee to finish reading his newspaper. I'm the man who explains his desperate urgency for a while, but doesn't complain about receiving it after three weeks of waiting. I'm the man who, when he walks into a mall, seems to be asking for a favor, begging for a smile, just hoping to be noticed. You must think that I am a silent person, patient, a type that never creates problems ... but you are wrong. You know me? I'm the customer who never comes back! I enjoy watching millions spent each year on ads of every order, to bring me back to your company. When I went there for the first time, all you should have done was just one little thing, simple and cheap: treat me with a little more courtesy. There is only one boss: the customer. And he can fire all the people in the company, from the president to the janitor, simply by taking his money elsewhere ”.
