Lhamo Yoga & Sound Art Studio

We visited the studio few times during our vacation in Rome. Healing Yoga & Sound class by Lola Lhamo is absolutely incredible. It's combination of active & restoring asanas, hatha & kriya & flow, followed by meditation & yoga nidra / sound bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls & Gong.. The groups are 4-6 persons & there is a lot of attention to each one. We felt so rejuvenating. I also went on individual sound therapy to Lola & my back pain was gone, I felt more relaxed than ever! Highly recommeding! Palazzo Altieri is trully beautiful place, with statues & deco of real palace. Dream place to be! Thank you, Lola!
