Terrible service. I was followed around the shop with suspicion, they don't seem to like tourists. when I asked to try a pair of shoes on they were incredibly pushy for a sale. when I asked to try a bigger size the Bangladesh man began to complain. As I tried the second pair on he began to complain about me in Italian to other shop assistant. Extremely rude and they need to learn some manners. I won't be returning and I don't advise others as it's not a welcoming place. You can find beautiful shoes else where.

Pessimo servizio! Horrible Service! The lady that works there follows you around as if you are going to steal the shoes. When I tried to ask for her assistance she was too busy following someone else around to hear me. I simply asked her if she carried the shoe in my size, and instead of checking if it was available she stated that the shoe I was holding was too small for my foot. I told her that of course I know it is too small, that is why I am asking if it is in my size, and she said well I don't know you have to check. So I told her, "ma'am, I am asking you if this shoe comes in my size because if I knew myself I wouldn't ask you, so if you could please assist me that would be great." Her sarcastic response just annoyed me even more because there was no need to be rude. She ended up showing me that the available sizes are on the back of the price tag. I explained that since I don't work there, I wasn't aware of that particular detail. She had the same attitude towards my mom while she was trying on shoes, and towards other customers that also appeared very annoyed at her service as well. All four of us walked out without purchasing anything. I will never return, and will tell anyone who asks me about shoe stores in Rome to never shop there because they have very poor customer service.

Terrible staff! Rude, pushy, not giving you the time to try all the shoes, pressuring .. eventually we got fight! I wanted to buy a couple of shoes but I left just with one pair because they were so arrogant ! Especially the blond and Bangladesh seller
