The quality of the products is what you see, neither more nor less, the factories are all Italian and I can prove this with the turnover, maybe if he wanted to go deeper he could look for the number of the factory and complain directly to it, because what you see is what I see ... we sell them shoes we don't produce them ... we have customers from all over the world who even come to visit us just for a greeting and to tell us that the shoes have gone well, and this is also why we have been able to stay open for 60 years ... There is no type of fraud and if something is wrong with the shoe it can happen, you make it go back to the factory and try to please the customer..I am sorry that it did not happen with you ...
