Pair of shoes was damaged and there were no more in stock. Asked for small discount but was told no, needless to say we did not pay full price for a damaged product and went somewhere else for better service

Fantastic service. I arrived at the store about an hour before the shop closes. The 2 pleasant staff members were very helpful and active in assisting me and other customers. They were keen to help and told me about promotional offers. Would go back that's for sure when I visit Italy again.
