I arrived at the store during my visit to Rome in late January 2020. My wife saw the store and thought of buying a shoe for herself. The shop owner and employee were so kind and caring without trying to make a sale anyway. The goal of ASHER, the store owner was first to find a shoe that would be right and good for the customer. Such professionalism does not meet every day. While helping my wife in her deliberations, the shop owner offered me a try on shoes given the structure of my body. Finally I bought and my wife didn't.I was a little skeptical, a matter of character, but since every time I wear the shoes I bought there I bless ASHER, the shop owner. No doubt when I come to Rome next time I will visit.

The old guy is friendly. But he made some mistakes in my Tax free document, I asked him to correct it. He said no. My tax refund was rejected. The tax refund company employee at the airport called to ask him to correct it. He disagreed. This is a bad experience.

Italian fashion style shoes. Wife loves them.
