My dog ​​has a deep cut in one paw. I was looking for advice and my vet is on vacation so I called this to see if it was open. It was 12.20 and he said it closed at 13. I told him I would arrive in 15 minutes and he took care to let me know that "eh but I'm closing" without even asking me what the problem was. I told him I'd do it fast and just show him pictures (of the injury). He told me "no I don't look at the photos". At that point I greeted him annoyed.
