Efficient clinic with qualified and trained staff. I went to Zorro's, my dog's, injury clinic on a public holiday in the evening; first note of efficiency: the clinic is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. My dog was promptly visited and for the sake of care held one night. I was very sorry and worried about leaving him, but I was reassured that I could call whenever I wanted that night to find out how he was and that I would be contacted the next morning for more information. So it happened: I got reassurances about Zorro's health in the "night" call and instructions on his resignation the next morning. I took back Zorro, I took him to his historical veterinarian of whom I have full confidence who confirmed the treatment and the diagnosis received in the clinic. My special thanks go to Dr. Claudia (I don't know her surname) and Dr. Cochi (I don't know her name) who showed great professionalism and concern towards my Zorro and deep sensitivity and kindness towards me. Thanks again to both of you :)
I'm sorry to give two stars but really the service was not exhaustive and moreover wrong given the result of checks made the next day by my veterinarian.
Impeccable reception, but making a mistake about an infection defined as almost lethal, even not. 'maybe', 'it could be', 'ah, yes it's this', 'ah, no, it's this one!', 'the colleague says this instead ..'. I only left with more anxieties and doubts.
And they took the money anyway and ... not a few!
The antibiotic administered was by no means essential. It had been a simple colic. I think I'm not going back, even if it's a stone's throw from home.
South Rome Clinic for life, for emergencies!
It has now become the reference Veterinary Clinic in case of need and beyond. Always all very professional and attentive to needs with a lot of honesty.
Just last night my positive thinking was reinforced again: I went to the Clinic following a problem with my Dog, I was welcomed by Doctor Aiello and an assistant, immediately the approach was the best and I felt in good hands. My Ettore was treated with love and professionalism solving (and understanding) the problem in the best possible way. You are good!
Badly mannered and rude blonde lady. Not to mention the skyrocketing prices for poor service. They keep you there for 1 hour pretending to visit them and then they send you to the others and in the end they ask you for figures out of the ordinary. I advise you not to go. Attention
My cat died after a thousand tests and without a clear diagnosis. The day I noticed his serious worsening, I specifically asked the doctor not to make him suffer anymore and he didn't want to do it, telling me that there was a possibility of salvation. After a few hours my cat's situation worsened and I returned to hospitalize him. I was not given a way to greet my cat, to know in what conditions he died, to be close to him in his last moments, this left in me a great sense of emptiness, bitterness and guilt for having trusted. I wonder why they didn't subject the cat to the felv fiv test, given that the cat had high lymphocytes and swollen lymph nodes, instead they offer me invasive and expensive tests such as CT scan and resonance. I am dismayed at what has happened and would like to shed some light on this situation.
