Not serious. I had to update the review, they changed their policy, beware of nasty surprises. I brought the car to charge the battery, replace the wiper blades and replace a bearing agreed under warranty (as changed by them in a previous maintenance worth 1,200 euros) and always noisy. I didn't want to spend money on it, clearly expressed will, because the car makes very short journeys (city) and in a few months I will have to change it. I go to collect the car and they evasively send me to the cashier for payment where I find a surprise account of 600 euros. I ask for explanations and they tell me that the bearing was not under warranty, replacing it at my expense, then they changed my brake pads, adjusted discs, and replaced the shock absorbers. They also said that it was a question of safety, which instead had not been noticed at the service performed just 50 km before (a bit strange) - Total expense 600 euros without even calling me to notify me of the works, which I would not have authorized. If they had asked for an offer, I would have certainly made it more willingly, for me this is configured as very poor professionalism, as well as representing an offense to the intelligence of the people, in this case anything but naive. It was the last time they saw me and the people I referred to them earlier, I don't like to look bad. I forgot, the battery terminal had to be cleaned, they didn't do it, perhaps because it was a low-cost intervention, I hope at least that they charged it, the only reason why I went to the workshop.

I took my Peugeot 208 to have the service done at the FADA service center. Competent and professional staff, available for any problem or doubt. I have been a customer for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service offered.
