Zero stars !!!! and even less !!! I made an appointment on December 14th for January 13th that they couldn't before, the salesman gives me an appointment at 10:30 am asking me to be punctual because he has to run away at 12, so today I introduce myself and find a group of guys who chat cheerfully joking. I ask them who F.J. and the clerk al qule I ask says it's him. He tells me that he arrives immediately !! meanwhile I try to see tiles and wait ..... after 40 minutes I'm gone and the shop assistant is still there chatting with colleagues highly caring about us !!!! bad experience .... note well that another German person who entered after us was served immediately ....... with that I said everything !!!! Not recommended nn you go there are other places in Bolzano where they are professional nn like here !!!!! DO NOT GO THERE !!!!
If the appointments overlap, just say it and at least apologize, instead you had the courage to call me where I work but not to apologize for your behavior and to have made us wait, but get upset for the review !!! The call was an unimaginable arrogance !!! I hope it is closed here !!!!
