I can’t recommend Sixt enough!! Both over the phone and in person, their staff were so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with their service. When our rental reservation with another company fell through, Sixt was able to find us a vehicle at the location closest to us right away at a fraction of the price the other rental company quoted us. When we arrived, their staff were so efficient and got us on the road quickly. Rental cars were also brand new and packed with great features like CarPlay! Thank you so much for the fabulous experience Sixt!

I've booked an intermediate class car, however, due to its unavailability, they offered me a premium class at the same price which was a great experience! I'd really like to thank Ms Valentina M. from SIXT Torino Porta Nuova Train Station whom allowed us to choose the most optimal car in relation to the place we were going to. She told us something about our destination and answered all the questions related to the reservation. She objectively presented all the possibilities when it comes to additional options, but did not push to buy them as in the case of other rentals. Until now I used Sicily by Car or Locauto due to own contribution of 0 EUR and low deposit, but now for the next trip I will definitely consider the services of SIXT rentals.

Such an easy rental return. Drive to the parking garage level -3 and the sixt desk is located inside the main lobby of the station. It was such a fantastic experience. The employee was very helpful and she was happy and polite and spoke great english. Definitely would rent from here again.
