I never heard of my bed being late until after my phone calls. Ridiculous contingency management. More than a month late in delivering the bed. And delivered only after I contact customer service in every conceivable way possible. Store staff not suited to handling issues.
We purchased a memory foam mattress a year ago and today we can be very satisfied! My back pain has finally disappeared and this from the first month we slept on this mattress. Even my husband has never slept as well as he has last year! We also bought the really cool faux leather storage bed! The seller was kind, helpful and knowledgeable and advised us well. The delivery took place within the agreed time. Also satisfied with the assembly service.

Nightmare experience (nothing but sweet dreams) after 2 failed mattresses (declared by them), a third mattress never requested .... after a nightmare year I still await the promised mattress (back to pieces) .... from January ... and today they blame covid19 .... but if my order is from June 2019 .... WE ARE AT THEIR MERCÉ .... despite having paid € 1400.00
Ask to respect deliveries in materials and times .... a utopia
