Kind and very professional. Well-stocked shop and in any case you can order what you want. It is a great mix between the advantages of the mall and the warmth of an 'old fashioned' shop :)
Excellent sales point, I always turn to them especially for the delivery and installation of household appliances that has no equal in quality and ability to solve problems where other installers from other chains would have limited themselves to leaving the product there. Last but not least they are cheap. Highly recommended

I had a problem with my washing machine, obviously to be replaced, they advised me in the best way according to my needs and brought the new one in record time. Assistance of this kind is not easy to find

I have always found professionalism and convenience but the difference is made by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the owner, both for sale and after-sales, which cannot be found anywhere else today.
Bad service, especially for the rudeness of the owner! She was so naive that while I was explaining the problem found in the appliance she had bought, she slammed the phone in my face! I filed a complaint with the management ... We'll see ... What is certain is that I will do the worst publicity possible.
