I took my cat to the PS of the clinic where, without agreeing with me and without even giving me prior notice, they performed tests on my cat. In the end, however, these exams must be paid rightly and the bill was very high. That said, my cat and I were sent home with no results, no diagnosis, no therapy. Nothing, not even an anti-inflammatory to relieve the pain, but only the promise to be contacted to have it reviewed by doctors from another department, with additional expense for another visit and other tests. Requested the delivery of the results of the exams, in order to take my cat to another clinic, I was denied and delivered only after two days. It had never happened to me and perhaps this attitude is attributable to only one person, I don't know. The fact is that my cat has not received treatment and I am really angry, because there have been four holidays (with bridge) and I have not been able to do anything for him.

I loved the staff. Welcoming, animal lovers and eager to do. About their experience .... I don't know. The structure is one of the best in Bologna. Average prices.

They welcomed us immediately, they treated my dog ​​with all respect and they even cuddled her, luckily she had no serious problem and they still kept her for an hour under observation, then gave her back to us and didn't even want a cent . Thanks to the wonderful doctors. Highly recommended.
