Fantastic. We bought some garden furiture because their price was the best. Silvia was extremely helpful and answered all my questions promptly. She made sure that our delivery was made before we went away on holiday. I would certainly recomend Youredo.

But is this site still open? I've been calling for days and no one answers, I've been waiting for a piece of furniture for months and I can't get any news. FOR THOSE WHO MUST BUY, do not trust the online purchase, but call the phone; you risk placing the order and never receiving the Goods.

Unfortunately, I too am among the unfortunates who have chosen to buy a product in this company. This summer I ordered some stools for the kitchen, but when they arrived (after more than a month), I realized that my order was wrong. So I made the return. I made it back in August, I only managed to do it on September 2nd, but it seems to be Bartolini's fault, so nothing so far. Today, September 24th, after I have confirmed that the company has taken back the stools for 3 weeks already, I have not yet received any refund! I try to call and they put me on hold until the line goes down. I wrote emails, but no reply. Unfortunately I have already ordered the new stools (always with them !!) and after two weeks, today I received the invoice! who knows when the goods will arrive and above all who knows if I will see my MONEY again. I'll keep you up-to-date. For the moment, I strongly advise against them.

I placed an order in June, the goods were supposed to arrive in early August, nothing in September I send an email the answer was in a week and everything will arrive. After the week I send the same reply email to the beginning of October they contact me because by now I had stopped writing they tell me mid-October the goods arrive we are still nothing in November. Just a word SHAME you are incompetent

we bought a tv cabinet which, from the photos, looked nice and well made. the product, arrived late, appears to be qualitatively very poor (very low quality material, panels without holes but to be done by hand or with a drill), unstable and not very nice as in the photo. we asked to return it and get back the 309 euros paid, but the call center told us nicely to make do. I will contact the consumer association stay away from these companies that have only one beautiful site, the rest is absolute nothing
