Very hasty seller. He didn't even know what configuration he was selling, I should have called him back. He did not know if in Rome there were and could access discounts for hybrid cars I should have inquired. In short, professionalism lapsed. Too bad I expected more. Changed management?

I bought a talent at the end of July 2019 while viewing the vehicle the same did not start (low battery) I asked to check if the battery was to be replaced On September 14 during the retreat I noticed a damage on the top of the rear door with a loss of five days of work when I went to collect it I realized that the color had been wrong, their answer was that I had to leave it for another three days that no one would refund me. In October the clutch pump was replaced under warranty but only because there was a fiat recall I pointed out that the star stop was not working but their response was all ok. On February 29th I made two interventions and I again pointed out that the start stop was not working new answer all ok. often the vehicle does not start I have been to another facility to do the battery test battery result to be replaced I asked them for explanations why it was not for them taxes the same thing and they replied that the betteria was paid. I repute this truly shameful and starvation behavior since the vehicle as all their vehicles are advertised with a twelve month warranty. I just wanted to thank Mr. MARRUCCIO on their seller very professional person prepared and above all correct and respectful.I make a lot of negative publicity within my category. working.
