About a year ago I bought at this store: kitchen, TV cabinet, furniture for the entrance, kitchen table, and the whole furniture for the bedroom. I had a great time right away, with kindness and courtesy, they did the 3D layout and drawing of the apartment. I didn't know how to decide on the colors of the furnishings and with infinite patience they showed me so many proposals! Excellent communication, fast and fantastic team of installers delivery, professional and very quick. A few months after assembly I noticed a slight crack on a kitchen drawer, again no problem, piece replaced in a short time! Very happy with the products purchased, furniture three is a guarantee! Great! Thank you!

After explaining my needs for an hour I was sent a quote for a basic linear kitchen with none of the changes I had asked for. I still apologized for defining, what was in my opinion a lack of will, a misunderstanding and asking for a complete estimate but I was not worthy of an answer. Bad behavior for a seller who is interested in treating his customers better.
