NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. It is not an official dealer. Purchased Fiat used car with 30,000 km. We agreed that the dealer would arrange the coupon. After having asked several times for the invoice for the coupon and the maintenance sheets available from the previous owner (LEASYS SPA, not given to me as I am not their customer) without obtaining anything, I took the car to an official FIAT dealer for the checks of the case. Discovered that it had not been done, I personally provided 400 euros. I asked the seller for a refund several times, never obtained. I had chosen the official FIAT warranty extension, I found myself an EASY DRIVE warranty, replaced after complaints, against written waiver of the reimbursement of the costs incurred by me for changing the LPG filter and spark plugs for problems that arose 200 km after purchase. I will consider the legal avenues. Staff polite but unprepared, unclear and a bit vague.

I bought the car at this dealership a few weeks ago! After trying it with one of their employees next to it, I ask if the machine had any work to do due to its age (the machine is from 2006), their response was "the machine is all perfect". after the trip from Turin to Milan, returning home and leaving the car in the garage, I notice a drop of oil on the ground, I bend down to see under the car and find a nice surprise, the car underneath was all full of oil (I leave you the photos as proof of what I say) immediately afterwards I contact the dealership that sold me the car to ask for explanations and they answer me screaming at me, telling me that I tried the car and therefore it was not their fault, not to to call more because they knew nothing, the car is 15 years old! And I wonder, the car is 15 years old so it has to neglect oil ?! I don't think so because I had the same car 2 years ago and it had no leaks, it was perfect! After the call is closed, I agree with a Volkswagen workshop to have this leak checked and they told me that oil oozes from the high pressure pump and there is also a bit of play on the flywheel and it is not possible for them to they sold it to me they didn't notice this leak, because as I found some oil on the ground, it's impossible that it never happened to them keeping it in the dealership! Bad experience since they didn't come up against me in anything! NOT RECOMMEND. In the photo section you will find photos of the great loss!
