Ford S.A.R.A.

i'm a ford customer, no matter what. I called this morning she is a kind lady, apparently young, exposed the question she tried to pass me the seller; Not being able to answer, I was invited to call after 2 pm and ask for Alberto. I called back at 15 and another lady answered, with a less young voice certainly less welcoming. I politely asked to speak with Alberto as I was instructed; he asked me who I was and I introduced myself and why I asked about this gentleman; I said that that name had been indicated to me in the morning by a colleague to whom I had amply explained my interest, imagining that, according to her, Alberto was in charge of that type of car. He insisted asking me ... and at that point I stopped getting hooked on the conversation by saying hello. I was probably intolerant and for this I apologize, however, it is not understandable the affable attitude in the morning, inhospitable in the afternoon.

Finally a FORD dealer with competent people! Most of all, Mrs. Marilena, who really illustrated everything to me in a clear and transparent way! I recommend taking a few more kilometers from Turin to go to them rather than Authos

Well the workshop experience. I must say that they have become my point of reference for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of my car. In all cases I found seriousness and professionalism, respect for the times and impeccable service. All in all honest prices for both coupons and other interventions. Courtesy at the front end and adequate and provided customer waiting space. Well done, I'll be back.
