I ordered a single mattress on 29 July 2020 still today 2 September I have not received anything when I call to inquire they always tell me next week. It is not possible to wait a month for a mattress in a store that only sells that and outrageous bad experience I do not recommend !!!!!
I strongly advise against it. Unpleasant experience. For incompetence of the order I had to pay the 10 cm high mattress at the price of 13 cm. Furthermore, even if at the time of purchase I was told that the delivery would take place after 20 days, I waited for the beauty of 2 months in which I had to call several times and insist on necessity.
Great selling point, they recommended me very well and I bought two double mattresses and a sofa bed. Prices are also really affordable. Thanks for the advice
Totally inexperienced staff and unclassifiable expertise! We purchased two mattresses in May. Both by order and by invoice they had to have the same characteristics as well as to belong to the same brand and instead we have sold two different ones so as not to be used in matrimonial mode (as expressly requested). When the wrong order is communicated, the sales point promises that they will repair their mistake and instead today they still do not answer our calls or, worse, they reply saying that they cannot talk to us to solve the problem! The result is that we have two fully welded mattresses that do not comply with the order.
