Very disappointed. niche shop, also takes care of the collection of parcels to be returned with TNT courier. Rude and uneducated behavior as if he was doing me a favor, or I was bothering him, to take (or rather to indicate with my hand a place on the ground where leave the cardboard) the package to give to the courier .. unsuitable for the service, which certainly does not carry out for free, given that the couriers, of course, we pay them ... so 'also lost a customer ..
