I had a very bad experience with this online store. I bought an electric car from their website for my 3 years old. Within 10 minuts, my wife & I realized that this car was not self-driving and could only be operated by a remote control. I wrote three separate emails to the store contacts in order to cancel my order before despatch but no answer. I also tried calling on their phone number provided on their website and paypal but it is not active. It's been 3 days and no response from them. In stead, after 3 days they approved my order and despatched it. Anyway I'll recieve the toy but I'm no satisfied with their behavior. I found them very unprofessional with poor quality of service for clients. I'll advise to stay away from this store.

Ho acquistato moto per Natale a mio figlio e mi ė stata spedita con altro corriere meno costoso pur avendo selezionato e pagato un altro . La moto si presenta rotta in molte zone e dopo 30 minuti di utilizzo fuma non funzionando ne suoni ne luci. Al mio reclamo fatto presente di non avere più la scatola perchė inconsciamente buttata visto la sorpresa di Natale, mi esortano a spedirla per rimborso a mie spese e sotto la mia responsabilità. Lo trovo un atteggiamento molto poco professionale. E oserei dire truffa visto la mia richiesta e pagamento per altro tipo di corriere. Cmq vi auguro ogni tipo di bene cara ditta ma esorto anche alla gente a state attenti alle spese da fare tramite questo sito. Buone Feste

Spedizione arrivata in tempi brevi.. Ho acquistato un gioco in scatola ed è arrivato in condizioni perfette!. È stato imballato in modo eccellente non dando nulla per scontato.. Dato che alcuni corrieri non sono molto professionali. BRAVISSIMI!!!.

I bought a doll but the payment did not go through! After 10 minutes I went back to the cart where there was the same product and I bought it! Delivery was very fast but opened the package the doll was another! I called the assistance and they made me go for a fool telling me that I had clicked another image! I have always ordered on the internet and it has never happened to me, also because when you add a product it remains the same in the cart! What a disappointment!!!

I ordered on November 27th from this site. To date, after almost 2 weeks, I have no information on my package, I have not had any response to the e-mails I have sent as a reminder or any response to the numerous calls I have made. Bad customer service !! I want my money back !!!!!!!
