Lack of availability, lack of courtesy, lack of privacy, lack of education, lack of service, lack of work ethic. Crossed the threshold, the employee is preparing to send you a flood of "tell me joy", "tell me treasure" that are well suited between relatives and friends of a lifetime, but not with simple potential customers who are going to request information; a smile and a "tell me, how can I help you?" would be fine for them. This is what is expected from a physical store. I'm really sorry to leave such negative feedback but I have no choice. There hasn't been a glimmer of empathy. There is much work to be done to achieve sufficiency.

The owner, instead of putting bogus reviews pretending to be Mr. Carlo Rossi and forcing the poor employees (patrizia and annamaria) to put commanded reviews (making them pass off as "historical customers"), would do well to respect their customers and other commercial activities. An example of how the new generations can waste all the work done by their parents.
