A very nice showroom but what amazed me was the trained staff: Marco immediately hit the mark by designing a custom-made kitchen in every sense, elegant, modern and super functional where nothing has been left to chance and every corner has the its why! And do we want to talk about the sofa? Gorgeous, with fabric that is resistant to practically anything! Thanks a lot Marco, to you and your patience and thanks to Redorà!

Satisfied with the furniture arrived. I have to congratulate Mrs Paola who understood our needs and above all continued to follow us even after the order and also during the delivery. We will come back to buy and above all I will make you great publicity.

Dear Management, 6 (six) months have now passed since the purchase of the furniture and you still have to complete my order. I had already received the furniture with considerable delay, and now I am waiting for the spare parts that had arrived broken. More than 3 (three) months have elapsed since delivery and assembly. From the Statte store they always tell me that they are waiting for the supplier company, meanwhile I still find myself without a mirror in the bedroom, with a bedside table and other pieces of the kitchen and the equipped wall to replace, despite having paid everything in advance. I believe you are familiar with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, according to which you have the right to complete and effective delivery of the goods within 30 days from the order, this is what consumer protection provides. It does not seem fair to me to have paid and not find myself after months (I mean 6 months) what I have chosen and purchased. I called back to the store several times but the monotonous answers are always the same. I kindly await information and precise delivery times as specified in the technical data sheets. Thanks. Unfortunately I will have to edit the review. We were Super happy with our purchases. We reiterate the kindness of Mr. Marco, an honest and professional person who followed us and advised us in the best possible way. We cannot say the same about the assistance service. Our hood arrived defective, we immediately communicated the inconvenience and after 2 months the barrel discharge continues between the hood manufacturer and the retailer, each accuses the other, no one resolves the issue and we mourn the thousand euros spent! Ps. After 2 months the hood was turned off and still with the assembly seals so as not to be accused of improper use! So .. Buy safely from redorà, but we hope that everything arrives intact, they fit it well and never have to deal with assistance! Fam. Ingrassia
