already experienced worker I decided to take a course for wire welding. the instructor (Genchi) managed to make me understand what I was wrong, and taught me to weld. now I work in a workshop in Taranto (thanks also to the school that found me a job). professionalism and courtesy always. they met me on many aspects, and I can only speak well of Genchi
