I have been enrolled in the Krav Maga course for a few years and my expectations have never been disappointed. The instructors, serious and very prepared, were able to create a close-knit and motivated group. During the year, internships and optional activities are organized, based on various themes, always surprising and well managed.
Thanks to this course I was able to work on myself and improve myself, on the physical plane but also, above all, on the emotional one. Promoted with flying colors and absolutely recommended.
