Try this discipline without delay and you will not regret it! Thanks to an informal and very friendly environment it will be a pleasure to go to the gym. The instructor is extremely prepared both in illustrating the strengths of Crossfit compared to the most banal gym and in explaining and showing the exercises performed during the classes, at all levels, from the simplest for the less trained to the most complex for those who instead he already has a good knowledge of basic movements.
