The feeling I have every time I meet Stefania and her space is one of deep peace and gratitude. STEFANIA it's appropriate to write it big ... With Stefi we met a few years ago now, right in front of the stove and from there, we shared a journey, made up of moments of significant change, realizations, learning and especially the our flourish. We were friends, sisters and collaborators and it was important to accompany us. Stefania supported me with her tools, helped me to go deep, to feel and recognize my value. She is a great researcher and this leads her to evolve continuously, making her work authentic, sincere and connected to the present. Her love for food makes her precious, like a mother in giving nourishment from the heart, but free from the preconceptions that often bind us to a food that is sometimes unhealthy. Stefania sought, studied, traveled, in and out of itself and has come to give life to this project which is Berkana space but especially the Roots of Nourishment, which is a gift for all those who meet him. Because food is nourishment for the body and soul.
