Traditional Karate gym, offers courses for children (from 6 years upwards), teenagers and adults. Affiliated to one of the largest federations of Italian karate (FESIK) every year it participates in competitions for those who want to practice the competitive activity (fights or kata) and every period progress is verified with belt exams. The courses are divided into different times by athletes' degree (belt) and age. The gym is equipped with all the necessary tools for the practice of the activity (protections, helmets, bags, ...) and expensive tools for the practice of the activity are not necessary. Karate has undoubtedly always been one of the most effective combat arts, with constant practice excellent self-defense is achieved, developing security and self-control.
