The only way to degrease the machine with mechanical action, ie by hand, is the brush of the self, hard and very dirty bristles "everyone uses it, in any part of car" this brush so contaminated with dirt does nothing but scratch the machine filling it with swirl. If they would allow their tools to be used, "microfiber gloves, shampoo, and cloth for drying" would be much better. Furthermore, when washing the machine to the self there is nothing to dry the machine, consequently even if the dirt is removed from the bodywork, all the water spots remain, and also limescale since the water dries on the bodywork. A self like this was needed, but if they could use their own products / tools, it would be much better. In the end, they earn nothing more, nothing less.
