Pop-up Mondo Convenienza

I don't understand the meaning of all these negative reviews. I purchased an equipped wall, the delivery took place even a week before the predestined date. The guys for editing (non-Italian) very good, careful and precise. Fully satisfied!

I would have liked to give 0 but it was not possible. In short I buy a bedroom that was to be delivered in December 2019 but twice the courier has come without pieces and to date now February 2020 are still awaiting delivery. Congratulations.

The price products will always be the worst: 4 years after the purchase of a wardrobe with sliding doors, I thought that the problem of the entry of dust from the guides in the upper part, was solved, however, to date, cabinets with same problem. I just have to change the product and certainly not your Dust inside the closet is a horrible thing.

Bad experience. I state that, given the prices they offer, I did not expect great things, but working in contact with the public I believe that the service is essential regardless of what you pay for. During the "consultancy" service offered by a girl we feel a sense of anxiety because she hurries us and does not help us at all in choosing the furniture, then halfway through the work she says "sorry but my shift is ending and I have to ask for a change "... this would have deserved me to get up and go, but I tried in vain to understand that the person in front of me had been working for hours. In the end she stays because they probably told her to stay. I ask you for clarifications regarding the color of some "espresso" colored chairs because I had the doubt they were dark brown (and we needed dark gray); at the third confirmation from the girl we trust (she could only show us on video unfortunately), except to find out on delivery that they are really dark brown! The first delivery went well (except having to stay behind because the small details don't even notice them). The second delivery equally well, except that they did not complete a part of the work because they could not wait 5 minutes for me to arrive home to check the accommodation. Now, I understand they have 10 deliveries to make and are probably underpaid, but Mondo Convenienza cannot afford to reduce its workers to deal with customers quickly and sufficiently, because surely customers will NEVER come back to buy from Mondo Convenienza.

A star only because I can not give less. Rude and rude customer service. Shop online untrue. I ordered and paid with paper a piece of furniture that was to be available and delivered between 4 and 10 July. I was contacted by their customer service who assured me that after a few days they would call me back to decide together on the day of delivery. Never again called. Never delivered mobile. When today I called to request information, the operator at the switchboard laughed and kept answering that she had no solutions to give me except to wait for August or have a refund. They double mistake and still allow themselves to mock a customer. Customer who have now lost. And I am sure they will lose many more.
