Professional and competent staff .... price is excellent quality above all excellent availability and friendliness of the Lady. Elisabetta who managed to understand in detail what I wanted with the purchase of a sofa ... and then there is Matteo who advised me to purchase a living room I highly recommend it.
I turned a few months ago for a quote for a kitchen for possible purchase ... The beautiful store set up well .. Beautiful kitchens sofas etc etc ... The order that followed me very nice I do not remember the name but very professional .. .But why a star ?? Simple the beautiful arrives at the end ... Price of the total kitchen ... Discounted tot. And then the skylark mirror called live to the manager to give him a further discount ... In short, cook more or less only and exclusively if you confirm everything within the same day max the following day ... Oh no ... Not it works so ... American Classic sale now old and outdated method ... probably someone will fall .. But I do not.
Nothing to say about the staff who turned out to be courteous and professional, the lady who I think is in charge of the store was too urgent, it's okay to want to sell but there are ways and ways. I believe that buying the kitchen deserves a great evaluation. Without that pressure we probably would have bought here. Customer lost, sorry because the kitchen was beautiful.
