Hello! I met Antonio this morning, but already from the messages in the previous days it was clear that I was dealing with a serious person. This morning, he went to the place on time, he carried out the work with great professionalism, replacing a card and a probe of the cauldron, and provided every explanation regarding our every request and curiosity, he also demonstrated his professionalism, empathy, consistency and language very clear but aware of his experience he also managed to explain to my (elderly) parents what it was. This means a lot to me because seeing a person who makes himself available not only at work but also empathically gives him an even higher score. Professionalism and seriousness are qualities that not everyone has, and Antonio is one of the few professionals who at the moment can enjoy the esteem and trust of each client, especially if new (like us from today !!!)! Strongly recommended!

We met Termotecnica Adn 2 years ago now, we have a great time with Antonio, known for the installation of our pellet stove and we have never again Left professionalism and professional Exemplary punctual but above all prepared as few, always knows how to recommend the most suitable product for the supplied stove, we thank him for his availability given the distance that separates Fondi from Spigno but with him we feel like family. We highly recommend it for all families who have had negative experiences with other technicians regarding us for sure we will see it again next year.

I contacted this company last December 22 for a first ignition of a boiler of a well-known Italian brand. I explained my urgency to the operator (we urgently need to enter that house) who suggested that the date be December 24th. I pointed out that on that date the red zone was triggered and so we made an appointment for the next 28 December at 8 am. I was contacted on the 24th morning where I was asked to be able to postpone the appointment for the 30th and not for the 28th and pointing out to the operator again the situation of my family and the urgency of this intervention, I was assured that on the 28th morning the technician would come for the ignition. Today 12/26/2020 I get a message on whatsapp where I am informed that due to restrictions and holidays, they are limiting interventions only to emergencies and that my appointment will be postponed to after January 6, 2021.
I do not want to review the types of emergencies, I think I have explained in an elementary way what I had (and I need since they made me lose 5 days and I could have found another technician) need and precisely the urgency of this intervention.
I cannot judge the degree of professionalism but I can assure you that from the behavior towards me it is a company that I will certainly advise against.
