Located in the Maritime Alps area, in front of the 2476 m of the Pizzo di Ormea. Easily accessible with a pleasant walk from Quarzina. It is not a lake suitable for bathing.

Tiny Pond (it is almost a pond) but with a breathtaking view. There are also marmots nearby. Keep an eye out to see them and be careful not to stumble in their dens (us)!

A pearl of the Alpes Maritimes, at the top of Ormea's Balcony, keeper of a small ecosystem that which spearhead the presence of a large colony of newts in full health. The variety of dragonflies is also noteworthy. View quite charming Val Tanaro

Fantastic small lake but immersed in an oasis of tranquility, spectacular view. An important detail houses a vast colony of native tritons.
