As for the beauty of the museums I would have given 5 stars but, the lack of professionalism of the lady at the ticket office has really put me in a position to criticize this place!
Before you buy tickets I personally asked the lady the ability to seamlessly access with the stroller to the Museum and I chose to pursue the vision with my husband and our 8 month old baby in a stroller with the child of 8kg as many 8! We found many steps so we could visit the museum with the help of a very kind French tourist! At the end of the tour we pointed out the problem to the lady who hijacked the monetary issue we would like to point out that we paid 10 € in 2, the museum deserves them, the lack of professionalism of the staff no!
