I'm surprised that the "Mr." Cavallaro, who is so keen on precision, did not notice that priority was given to a pregnant lady who I preferred not to wait, to perform a 5-minute recall therapy, and in doing so she was kindly asked to wait. ..this is not superficiality but good education.
