Product purchased online .... a tremendous chaos, paid for some time but still not received, after numerous attempts the problem is still not solved, the customer service puts you in front of very long waits (useless service) I hope that by making a complaint to law enforcement agencies the problem is solved. I do not recommend buying online is confusing, long, complicated and the people who answer you at the service center are not prepared .... I'm sorry but we don't behave in this way, a month of taking a ride, how disgusting! Maybe the problem was paying in advance .....
