Because they never answer the phone
I'm trying to call x some bulky waste ... no answer, they do well if they don't pay the waste.
I can't understand why I get out the envelope of the earth and they don't wear it on Tuesday and Friday
Bad ... I have been trying for days to request the collection of some bulky items ... very professionally they answer and close the phone. To laugh!
