I have been following Stefano's courses for years now and I am really happy because the environment is peaceful and quiet, relaxing and familiar. Stefano is a "human" professional, a rare virtue! I really recommend this center, also in the office in via Assarotti managed by Gabriella, also very talented and with a touch and feminine attention that does not hurt! Francesca

I have been able to go there because for now it is the temporary home of the Tibetan Buddhist center white tara, and we are hosted by this yoga center ... very welcoming the environment is clean oridinato, and I believe that even as spaces is large enough for the purpose of the yoga center ... thanks for the hospitality

I've been attending this yoga school for several years now. I am sure that anyone who speaks that has attended a yoga class will say that "his" teacher is the best of all. Maybe that's right, but I can assure you that Gabriella is Stefano are really special. Here the physical well-being is truly combined with that of the mind. Each lesson combines a more physical part with a final guided meditation that every time seems to touch just something you needed that day. Happy to have met you.

I found in this school of yoga professionalism, beautiful environment and real possibilities for personal growth. It's a place where you feel comfortable and really learn. The teachers are prepared and very welcoming and I have been able to meet positive and friendly people. I sincerely recommend everyone to practice yoga and to do it here.

The practice of yoga is a continuous discovery of our possibilities. In addition to making our body flexible, it makes our mind flexible and open. I discovered this by attending this yoga center thanks to Stefano, who is a very good teacher. I met really special people. The environment is very comfortable. Course schedules cover most of the day to meet everyone's needs. I recommend it to everyone regardless of age.
