ASL 3

What about the different hundreds of people who deal with this ASL every day, unfortunately they sent me to this office being that the one I had in my closed area, I was really disappointed since I was sent to via passerotti then I live in Albaro, because a few years ago I had a deal at this ASL and it was not pleasant to go back, I'm still in the waiting room with the number 54 taken this morning at 8:30 outside the agent, of course in these 2 hours waiting outside the door with my elderly dad in the rain, wind, deluge .... etc we finally get to enter thinking that it was our turn, with great amazement I look and see 10 branches of which only 1 people one!!! It is open and works, after 2 hours we are at number 34 and after 10 they do not deign you even with a number being that late !!!, I hear people constantly arguing outside with the security officer who in the end he is only that who has to suffer the anger of people, who cannot understand at all how it is possible that one arrives at 8 and goes to the counter after 2/3 hours, but how are we but how you want and you expect people to remain calm and wait for his shift, I am stunned 3 days I called non-stop the 3 numbers of the ASL to make an appointment, no one answers when I came on Friday there was more number and when I asked that I had called to make an appointment so we are not massed here meaningless being that I only have to stamp and prescribe, they told me lady don't worry, nobody answers the phone !!!! My God but what is this way of working, where your conscience, why do you come to stay behind the offices, how did you come to spend your lost time, how is it possible that education and consistency does not make you think that there are any non-animal people, who have come to L'Asl because they need your services, who have not come to spend their time or that one comes here to keep a chair to warm up, I am so angry even for all of us piled here without words to wait because we are civilized people, but I think there must be a coherence in giving and receiving in life, if they treat you as an object, a piece of furniture, a curtain or other then you have to react, I hope that some of those who work in this headquarters read the disgust that the people think of them and they realize it. I used to go first to fourth and away baseness and I have always found myself very well if not for the wait a can but not so exaggerated and not for the covid being that I have been in all 3 prima, cmq I am writing with immense anger, there is a god and he sees and provides.

I went to make a pneumological visit from Dr. Maria Serra, I kindly asked to prescribe a SPIRAL lung tac (as the only possible prevention against cancer, and that can only prescribe a pneumologist) but what does this do? He prescribes me a very normal tac, which I could also have prescribed by my doctor. Result: I spent 30 euros and didn't even visit me! Congratulations to the "professional" !!!

If I had listened to the "few and precious" information given by the person in charge at the CUP office in Via Assarotti (not the information section but the actual office) I would have had to spend 50.00 euros more for an absolutely useless exam in license renewal case and 17.00 euros more in stamps absolutely useless in case of license renewal. A piece of advice ... Find out more, it's your job and it's a public service (which we pay handsomely ...)
