If I were them, I would change the recorded message that "cheers up" telephone waiting: the Filse does NOT answer, it would be the correct text.
Yet another example, unfortunately, of the inversely proportional relationship between the quality of the service and the safety and untouchability of the workplace of those who should offer that service ...
Nobody answers the phone (tried Almè.o 20 times at different days and times).
They don't respond by email (sent 2 over a month ago).
Call for which it had to come out by the end of May, still nothing (we are on 29 May).
It seems to me a huge joke
Ineffective at best. they probably work 5 minutes a day. They don't answer the phone during the hours. They don't respond to emails. The only time I was told they were told in smart Working, the manager is therefore not reachable. Classic example of why smartworking is frowned upon, evidently they consider it vacation.
6 months to accept a file and payments over 180 days.
Example of the inefficiency of public structures that work poorly.

pity you can not give 0 stars. they do not answer the phone and an application submitted two months ago for a bonus still does not even take charge today. if you were in a private environment you would all be at home
