I met Francesca 10 years ago for a Team Building course organized in the company where I worked. It was the first time that I came into contact with the world of Coaching and I was pleasantly impressed by the professionalism and empathy with which Francesca had held the course and was able to leave me a mark, positive of course. It is no coincidence that 10 years later, when I needed support in facing a delicate professional period, I turned to her and embarked on a Coaching path that I would call "enlightening" not only professionally but also for my private life. A real and concrete support, an "accelerator", to acquire full awareness of yourself, of what you want to become, of what you want to be, of how to communicate and how to approach the decisions that life (private and / or professional) puts us in front.
